Chantal’s path to becoming a Nutritional Coach was shaped by her own health challenges and a deep desire to create balance between work, motherhood, and wellness. After years of struggling with chronic pain, fatigue, digestive concerns, and sleep issues, she discovered the healing power of holistic living—and never looked back.
Drawing on her background in fitness, movement, and nutrition, Chantal completed her certification in Holistic Nutrition through Precision Nutrition and is also a trained Garuda Pilates Instructor. Her approach combines whole-food nutrition, mindset work, and gentle movement to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
