Mason Moir is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a goal-oriented and personalized approach to care, helping clients feel better, move more freely, and stay consistent with their health.
He works with a wide range of concerns—from general tension and stress to more specific areas such as muscle tightness, mobility restrictions, and injury recovery. Whether clients are looking for maintenance, relaxation, or targeted therapeutic work, Mason adapts each treatment to meet their individual needs.
His approach is area-specific and collaborative, beginning with a thorough assessment and open communication throughout the treatment. His work is intentional—never overly aggressive, but not passive—striking a balance that supports both effectiveness and client comfort based on individual preference.
Mason also has a particular interest in working with more persistent or complex concerns, including chronic pain and conditions such as thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) and sciatica. He enjoys the problem-solving aspect of care and helping clients better understand what’s happening in their bodies.
His treatments may incorporate a range of techniques, including myofascial work, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), depending on each client’s goals.
Mason is passionate about helping clients progress over time and values being part of that process—whether it’s reducing discomfort, improving movement, or supporting overall well-being. Outside of the clinic, he continues to build his knowledge through training in the gym, as well as an interest in psychology and broader health practices.
