
Chantel is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with their health through food, movement, and mindful living. Her journey into holistic wellness was shaped by her own struggles with chronic pain, fatigue, digestive issues, and disrupted sleep—experiences that left her feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn next.
Determined to reclaim her health, Chantel began exploring natural approaches to healing, including visits to naturopaths, live blood analysis, acupuncture, Reiki, massage therapy, and physical therapy. It was through this hands-on exploration of holistic care that she not only found real relief, but also discovered her true calling. With her love of movement and background in fitness—from dance and bodybuilding to personal training and kickboxing—Chantel realized that true wellness comes from a balance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
She became a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition and also trained as a Garuda Pilates Instructor, developing a well-rounded skillset that now supports her clients in building sustainable, nourishing lifestyles. Chantel’s approach focuses on personalized strategies that meet each client where they’re at. She believes in educating through “small bites,” empowering her clients to learn and grow at a pace that feels both manageable and inspiring. Her sessions often include practical tools, mindset support, and approachable steps to shift long-standing habits.
Chantel is especially passionate about helping those who feel pulled in all directions—whether balancing family life, demanding careers, or their own health concerns—find their center again. She meets each client with compassion, intuition, and a genuine commitment to making wellness accessible and achievable.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find Chantel enjoying movement, connecting with her family, or experimenting with healthy recipes in the kitchen. She loves the simple joys of everyday life, from a good playlist to a quiet moment of reflection, and brings that same grounded energy to her work with clients.
