Heather’s journey in healthcare began with her graduation from MacEwan University’s Massage Therapy program in 2005. Since then, she’s been on a mission to blend her expertise in orthopedic and therapeutic massage, myofascial, Graston, cupping, hot stone therapy, and deep tissue work.
Specializing in migraine and headache treatments, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, and chronic pain management, Heather thrives in a multi-disciplinary setting. Her collaborative spirit shines at Kollectiv Health, where she’s an integral part of a diverse team, working seamlessly to provide holistic care to her clients.
Heather’s approach to massage therapy is a blend of art and science, aiming to provide both relaxation and pain relief. Her passion, however, extends beyond the simple act of kneading muscles. With skillful hands and a compassionate heart, she creates a sanctuary where clients can find both solace from stress and relief from physical discomfort. Simultaneously, her therapeutic techniques target specific areas of pain or discomfort, working to alleviate discomfort and improve mobility. Guided by her deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, Heather tailors each session to address her clients’ unique needs, helping them find peace amidst life’s challenges and easing the burden of chronic pain.
Beyond the treatment room, Heather is all about embracing life’s simple pleasures. When she’s not kneading knots out of muscles, you’ll find her whipping up a mean batch of chocolate chip cookies with her two kids.
